Tiger Woods Still has a Parasite…What will they recommend next?

Tiger Woods Still has a Parasite…What will they recommend next?
Surgery, Injections, Physical Therapy?  None of that will address his real problem.

I wrote an article this past April about how Tiger Woods has parasites.  The article can be read here

In light of his withdrawal from his most recent golf tournament this past weekend, I am sorry he is going through what he is.  And it does not surprise me at all that the news is making news and focusing on his withdrawal, his quest for Major Championships and will he or won’t he catch and pass Jack Nicholas.  The newest poll on ESPN is about, “Will Tiger Woods ever win another Major?”  I understand the storyline and it is compelling enough to get people, even myself, to read about his latest withdrawal.  What I still have trouble with is with all the money he makes both on and off the links, why is it no one is offering to truly help him?  I mean "truly help him" and address the true cause of his back condition?  Is it because they do not know about the parasite connection?  Is it because he is "Tiger Woods" and lives a very sheltered life and has a small circle of people he trusts?  Is it because the people closest to him do not know any better and want to protect their gravy train?  I may never know the true answer and I am saddened by the lack of understanding.  It is costing a person their life-long dream.

I’ll be honest.  I am a Tiger Woods fan.  Do I agree with some of the choices he has made in his life?  No, but it is his life, not mine and who am I to pass judgment?  But when he plays golf, I am rooting for him because I am a fan of his golf and what that represents.  Actually, I am a fan of anyone who excels at their chosen field, whether it is sports, business, acting, relationship, etc.  I admire anyone who will devote 100 % of their focus on attaining a goal, even if I do not agree with or understand why they would choose that as a goal.  Human spirit seeks what it is driven to seek.  And we are all that way to one degree or another.  I would like to see Tiger beat Jack.  And I bet Jack would like to see Tiger beat Jack.  Why?  Because it is the human spirit going to the next level.  Records are meant to be broken.  The next generation should always be able to equal and best the previous.  It is what keeps life evolving and surviving.

Will Tiger Woods ever get the true care he needs to remedy his low back condition?  I do not know.  My hope is, for anyone who is a fan, yes.  With the healthcare industry being so focused on expensive treatments and no real solutions, my feelings are he will go without finding a successful solution, will fall short of beating Jack Nicholas’ Golf Majors and the story will be about how he had so much talent and he wasted it with his life choices.  It will not be about approaching health from a different perspective and finding a true solution because of the money to be made treating symptoms and making a living off of doing that.  It is an industry.  And industry must set and live up to industry standards.  And right now the message is "Treat the symptom, make as much money off of treatment and testing as possible and use therapy to treat the symptom only and not the cause.  And as things continue to get worse, then we have expensive surgery to fall back on."  I am just sorry that the people who are in the public eye and can help create the changes we need in the healthcare industry are continuing to be a bi-product of the current system of mask, slash and burn.

I will still root for Tiger until he stops playing competitive golf and I will always be a fan.   Good luck Tiger!
